Rosemary is as wonderful to smell as it is to taste and a must in the kitchen. This perennial ,growing anywhere from 2 to 6 feet high ,is best suited for zones 8 to 10 and from late winter to early spring will produce a small yet very pretty purple flower.Plant in well-drained soil in full sun with a spacing of about 2 to 3 feet. Harvest anytime.You can use the rosemary leaves dried or fresh on vegetables , meats, fish, stuffings eggs to wherever you like. This wonderfully smelling herb is also perfect for sachets and potpourris.
