All about Chervil
Chervil is a wonderful herb with a subtle annual with tiny white flowers which bloom in umbrels similar to Queen Anne's lace. The leaves taste like young parsley with a hint of licorice. You can use it in any dish that you could use parsley. Pinch off the flower stems to increase leave production. Harvest the leaves when the plants are at least 6" tall. Chervil does not tolerate heat well, so in the north, you can plant in full sun, but in the warmer southern locations, plant in partial shade to avoid bolting.
